We are a Brazilian mother-and-daughter team with a story that spans continents. After more than 15 years living in the Netherlands, our journey brought us to the UAE — a market and a country we have come to know both professionally and personally.
Our international background has shaped the way we work. We understand what it means to build a life in a new country, navigate unfamiliar markets and make significant decisions from abroad. It allows us to connect naturally with an international clientele and, importantly, to understand that buying property is rarely just about the property itself.

Ana Carolina brings years of established real estate experience in the UAE, following an earlier career in public relations. Today, her work is concentrated within the luxury and ultra-high-net-worth segment of the market, with particular experience advising private clients and managing property requirements connected to family office portfolios. Her approach combines discretion, relationships and an extensive understanding of Dubai's luxury property landscape.
With a background in finance and luxury hospitality, Laura brings an analytical yet service-led perspective to real estate. Her experience allows her to approach property not only in terms of lifestyle and location, but also with an understanding of the numbers, investment considerations and financial objectives behind a purchase. Years in hospitality have equally shaped her belief that exceptional service should feel personal, intuitive and attentive from beginning to end.

Brazilian by origin, European by experience and based in the UAE, our perspective has always been international.
Having spent more than 15 years in the Netherlands before establishing ourselves in the UAE, we understand the expectations of clients from different markets, cultures and professional backgrounds.
For international buyers in particular, this perspective matters. Investing or relocating abroad involves far more than selecting a development. There are questions around financing, residency, banking, taxation, business structures, lifestyle and the practicalities of establishing yourself in a new country.
